STEP 16 - SORE MUSCLES

Men usually perform some of the heavier work, both on the job and at home, and some of those “Honey Do List” tasks or work-related tasks can leave muscles tired and sore.

A great way to soothe those not-so-happy muscles is with a soothing massage or a rubdown to promote circulation to those areas of discomfort. This amazing recipe will help do just that.

SOOTHE THE KNOTS MUSCLE RUB RECIPE

• 2 tbsp. Shea Butter

• 1/3 c. Coconut Oil

• 5 tsp. Beeswax

• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 5 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil

• 5 drops Marjoram Essential Oil

• 5 drops Copaiba Essential Oil

Warm Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Beeswax until completely melted, let cool for two minutes, then add Essential Oils. Make sure to stir thoroughly to completely incorporate the Essential Oils throughout the mixture. Store in a small glass jar or container. To use, apply a small amount to areas of concern and massage into the muscles.
